As a Window & Door Installer, you will be responsible for the accurate installation of home remodeling products while ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service. You’ll work closely with your assigned helper and management to maintain Rite Window’s quality standards and uphold its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and adhere to Rite Window’s installation processes and quality standards to deliver top-tier workmanship and A+ customer service.

• Collaborate with an assigned helper to install windows, doors, and related remodeling products in accordance with company guidelines.

• Set up and maintain organized, safe, and clean worksites throughout installation.

• Apply finish work for various construction applications with precision and care.

• Maintain clear communication with management to ensure complete customer satisfaction after each job.

• Complete carpentry job checklists with homeowners and finalize all post-installation paperwork, including collection of final payment.

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and respect.
