Description:

We are seeking a Dremio specialist to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Dremio's capabilities to enhance our data ingestion, transformation, and querying processes. The role requires a understanding of data architecture and a passion for optimizing data workflows to ensure efficient access and usability. You will play a role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating data-driven decision-making, and improving the data strategy.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Dremio to optimize data workflows and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Dremio to ensure data availability for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design effective data models.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dremio queries.
• Integrate Dremio with various data sources to ensure seamless data ingestion.
• Train and mentor team members on Dremio functionalities and data management techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Dremio and knowledge of its architecture and features.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Experience integrating Dremio with cloud-based and on-premise data sources.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
