Description:

As a Driver s License Specialist, you ll be responsible for issuing licenses or IDs, administering drive tests, and answering questions about driving records and eligibility. You will be a customer service expert in Driver and Identification Services. We have many modems to help customers and you must be comfortable with them all. Our Driver s License Specialist will:

• Ensure each driver is capable of safely operating the vehicle for which they are licensed
• Administer and score motorcycle skills, car, truck, passenger and CDL pre-trip, skills and road driving examinations
• Become a subject matter expert on driver s license eligibility and licensing requirements as well as identification requirements based on the federal REAL ID standards
