📍 Location: Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead technical projects and customer initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Own project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution.
Coordinate Engineering, Product, Quality, Operations, Support, Sales, and external partners.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, and recovery plans.
Drive accountability and ensure technical teams meet agreed timelines and commitments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and changes clearly.
Lead project reviews and ensure action items are completed.
Identify opportunities to improve project execution and customer experience.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in project management, program management, engineering, or technical operations.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and competing priorities.
Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with hardware, software, firmware, or enterprise technology projects.
Customer-facing project management or technical escalation experience.
PMP certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Experience coordinating global teams and technology vendors.
