Environmental Maintenance Supervisor

Iowa Select Farms is hiring an Environmental Maintenance Supervisor in Iowa Falls, IA to lead our environmental maintenance team across multiple regions of Iowa.

In this role, you’ll oversee Environmental Maintenance technicians to ensure consistent execution of key tasks – including lagoon management, mowing operations, equipment upkeep, and more. You will lead, train, and hold team members accountable to safety, compliance, and biosecurity standards.

We’re looking for a strong leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple teams and projects across the state. A background in environmental systems, maintenance, or operations – along with a commitment to team development and compliance-- is essential for this role. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
