MajorDuties
As an Equal Employment Manager you will: Serve as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Manager and technical expert for dispute resolution at CDC and ATSDR. Manage and oversee the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Make decisions regarding the processing of requests for mediation, facilitated discussion and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution. Conduct mediations, facilitated discussions and fact-finding, as appropriate. Develop innovative dispute resolution models and techniques. Design and present training on methods for addressing and resolving conflict in the workplace. Maintain working relationship with partners at DHHS, EEOC and the Atlanta Federal Executive Board and other federal agencies.
