CyberCoders is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join its Syracuse office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in trust and estate law, with hands-on experience in trust administration, asset protection, and wealth management. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive legal services to clients regarding estate planning, wealth transfer, and estate tax matters.

The selected attorney will be responsible for assisting clients in the creation and execution of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. They will provide strategic legal advice on trust administration and asset protection, manage the probate process, and ensure optimal asset distribution through well-structured wealth management and transfer strategies. Additionally, the role involves conducting in-depth research on estate tax laws, drafting and reviewing legal documents such as petitions and court filings, and collaborating closely with financial advisors and other professionals to develop robust estate plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Active license to practice law in New York State.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in trust and estate law or related practice areas.
