Beagleverse, on behalf of a highly experienced senior attorney in West Los Angeles, is seeking a capable and thoughtful Probate & Trust Paralegal for a part-time to full-time in-person position. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing sensitive cases, coordinating with a senior attorney, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the attorney with active caseloads involving probate, trust administration, and conservatorships.

• Draft and manage legal documents with precision and clarity.

• Maintain case files and ensure thorough organization of records and legal data.

• Utilize online legal tools and case management software effectively.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with the attorney and other stakeholders.

• Participate in both in-person and remote/online work as required.

• Manage complex and intellectually demanding tasks with accuracy and autonomy.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience in probate, trust, and conservatorship law is essential.

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work closely with a senior attorney requiring thoughtful collaboration and patience.

• Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion.

• Familiarity with legal technology and case management platforms.

Work Requirements:

• 2 to 5 days per week in-person at the West Los Angeles office.
