Description:
MaxHome, a proud part of the Renuity family of companies, is hiring Field Sales Representatives in Kenner, Louisiana. This is a full-time W2 position offering lucrative commission-based earnings averaging $120,000 – $130,000 annually, with all sales leads provided. Representatives will never need to cold-call or door-knock, as appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified, enabling focus on delivering an outstanding sales experience and closing deals.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs and offer tailored solutions, including bath renovations, custom closets, and exterior upgrades. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-first approach. Representatives will spend much of their time in the field, attending 2–3 confirmed appointments daily, and must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet homeowners at their residences to assess renovation needs and present tailored solutions.
Deliver product presentations, promote company services, and negotiate sales contracts.
Ensure a high-quality, customer-first experience from first contact to closing.
Consistently apply effort and positive energy to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
Develop knowledge of company products and follow structured training programs.
Collaborate with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones.
Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and enthusiasm.
Key Qualifications:
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (mandatory).
Previous in-home sales or B2C sales experience is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and persuasive with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus and the ability to consistently meet/exceed targets.
Ability to thrive independently without close supervision.
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
Comfort with being “on the road” regularly for customer visits.
