About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience who enjoy working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and desktops
• Replace hardware components including:
  • Motherboards
  • LCD screens
  • Hard drives
  • Keyboards
  • PC peripherals
• Complete whole-unit swaps when necessary
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues

Required Qualifications
 

• 1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
• Experience diagnosing Dell laptops and PCs
• Experience replacing motherboards and LCD screens
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
