Finance Manager

Description:

Optimize Search Group has partnered with a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company that is headquartered in Dallas to find them a Finance Manager. The manager will assist in the build out of the FP&A and reporting processes as well as build out the team underneath them. This is both a high visibility and high growth role and they’re looking for bench strength to promote to Director in the coming years. This could be a new manager or a strong Senior Analyst to make the jump to manager.

Finance Manager

• 5+ years of corporate finance, ideally FP&A
• Experience in a high-growth environment
• Up and comer with ability to promote
• Someone who can build out processes on a newly created team
• Executive level polish and communication
