Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to analyze key performance metrics across multiple business units.

• Utilize Excel and tools like Power BI for data interpretation, dashboard creation, and reporting.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational and executive teams.

• Work with large data sets to evaluate trends and support franchise performance optimization.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and business case development for new initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum requirement).

• 2–3+ years of hands-on financial analysis experience.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modeling.

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms.

• Exposure to Oracle, Hyperion, or SmartView systems is a plus.

• Background in retail, franchise-based, or multi-unit business models is highly preferred.
