Financial Advisor Assistant

Firefighters First Federal Credit Union, the largest firefighter-exclusive credit union in the U.S. with over $2.0B in assets and a membership spanning over 1,000 fire departments, is seeking a Financial Advisor Assistant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic opportunity to support investment services in a well-established, mission-driven organization that values community and member trust above all.

The Financial Advisor Assistant will be responsible for high-level administrative and customer service functions, directly supporting the Financial Advisor and Program Manager. This role begins remotely and transitions to an in-office role upon opening of our new corporate office in Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide service support and handle customer relations to enhance member retention and asset acquisition

• Schedule appointments and manage warm lead calls to optimize sales efficiency

• Support marketing efforts, including coordination of educational events and outreach campaigns

• Maintain accurate and complete member records in accordance with FINRA and SEC compliance standards

• Perform general administrative tasks including mail handling, report preparation, account processing, and referral tracking

• Serve as a professional point of contact for members and visitors
