Optimize Search Group is actively recruiting on behalf of a leading services company in New York City for the position of Senior Financial Analyst. This is a prime opportunity for finance professionals who are looking to expand their expertise across FP&A, investor reporting, and strategic finance in a high-impact, executive-facing role.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & Finance, working on key initiatives that influence major business decisions and support corporate growth strategies.

This hybrid position is based in Manhattan, offering 2–3 days of remote work flexibility per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  Develop, manage, and refine budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units.

• Investor Reporting:
  Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strategic clarity in all reporting.

• Strategic Finance Functions:
  Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital allocation, and long-term financial modeling. Provide insights that shape investment and operational strategies.

• Executive Presentations:
  Deliver executive-ready presentations, highlighting key metrics, financial trends, and strategic initiatives to the C-suite and board members.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with departments such as Corporate Development, Accounting, Operations, and Investor Relations to align on financial objectives and deliver cohesive analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or FP&A

• Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to executives

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-growth environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: USD 7083 – 9583, depending on experience
