Financial Director

Description:

The Director of Finance also works closely with board of directors and external auditors.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business administration

2. Minimum of five years’ experience working in a similar position.

3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

4. Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar system.

5. Ability to work, collaboratively, with the diverse skills of the administrative team, parents, therapists and teaching team members.

6. Ability to effectively communicate with parents.

7. Self-motivated and able to follow through on job requirements.

8. Excellent organizational skills for multi-task responsibilities.

9. Ability to lift 25 pounds.

10. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to navigate St. Louis metro area.
