Freelance Account Management

Description:

Publicis Health, the healthcare vertical of Publicis Groupe, is seeking experienced Freelance Account Management professionals to support a variety of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. These freelance roles vary in duration and scope, ranging from brand launches to digital campaign management and cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across digital campaigns (web builds, banners, emails, CRM, omnichannel).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand launches and campaign development.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

• Navigate Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review cycles and use tools like Veeva PromoMats.

• Step into fast-paced accounts and deliver immediate value on project-based assignments.

Preferred Background

• Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor, or Group Account Supervisor experience.

• Strong digital expertise and prior work in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing (HCP/DTC).

• Ability to handle complex, regulated client environments with confidence and agility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $28.77–$86.47/hour (approx. $4,604–$13,850/month depending on workload).

• May be eligible for freelancer medical plan and 401(k) participation after criteria are met.
