Description:

Duties

• Serves as a General Engineer in DLA Installation Management, Installation Management Division for assigned CONUS Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) projects.
• Identifies and develops maintenance, repair, improvements, and new construction requirements.
• Assists in budget preparation for the design and engineering projects.
• Makes on-site visits to shop or plant areas to independently investigate particular requirements of projects.
• Develops and reviews tasks associated with modernization, repair, alteration, construction of buildings, structures, facilities, equipment installations, and other mission-required/facilities-related engineering needs.
