Global Security Operations Center Operator

Description:

CoreWeave, a leading AI Hyperscaler™ and one of TIME100’s most influential companies of 2024, is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator to join its 24/7/365 on-site security operations team in Livingston, New Jersey. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding CoreWeave’s mission-critical infrastructure housed within partner data centers.

The GSOC Operator will be responsible for proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and coordination of security operations while serving as a central communication hub between CoreWeave teams, partners, clients, and law enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and operating advanced security systems including Genetec Security Center, CCTV, access control, environmental sensors, and integrated PSIM systems.

• Enforcing access control protocols, managing biometric enrollments, and overseeing secure access approvals.

• Rapidly assessing and responding to emergencies such as unauthorized access, safety threats, medical incidents, or fire events.

• Documenting incidents, maintaining detailed shift logs, and generating reports using Jira and FreshService.

• Coordinating emergency response procedures using DHS ICS principles.

• Conducting detailed shift handovers to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of GSOC/PSOC experience in critical infrastructure or data center environments.

• Working knowledge of Genetec Security Center, biometric access systems, and multi-channel communication systems.

• Proficiency in incident management tools (Jira, FreshService).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under high-stress conditions.

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or related field.

• DHS ICS training (IS-100, IS-200), Genetec certification, ASIS PSP, CPP, or related credentials.

• Familiarity with Deister key management and advanced asset control systems.
