Description:

Responsibilities: Design and create unique and exciting graphics for email marketing and web advertising for a variety of online marketplaces, social media, packaging design, and more.

Qualities: Professional, creative, dependable, self-motivated, excellent time/project management skills, strong organizational skills, comfortable working collaboratively, ability to multitask, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, interest in coffee and industry trends.

Preferred Education/Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphics, Design, Advertising, Digital Communications, Web Design, or a related degree preferred.
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
• Passion for creating infographics, social assets, promotional email campaigns, and other visual marketing materials.
• High level of design skill and technical proficiency.
• An expansive and creative portfolio.
• Experience creating online advertisements.
• Experience with social media branding and identity.
• Solid understanding of the Internet and computer systems.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest web technologies and trends.
• Experience with front-end web design is preferred but not required.
• Klaviyo experience is preferred.
