Guidewire Policy Center Developer

Description:

Futran Solutions is actively seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer to join its team for a new Greenfield implementation of a General Liability product in Guidewire Policy Center cloud. This role is designed for highly skilled professionals with deep expertise in Guidewire Policy Center implementation, particularly in commercial general liability and ISO SBT products.

The selected candidate will take ownership of project delivery by independently leading initiatives, configuring solutions, integrating systems, and ensuring seamless unit testing. The role demands a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, decision-making ability, and excellent communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Prior experience in both on-prem and cloud implementations of Guidewire Policy Center is highly valuable, with a preference for cloud expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire Policy Center solutions for commercial general liability products.

• Configure and integrate Guidewire Policy Center systems ensuring compatibility with ISO SBT products and frameworks.

• Conduct detailed unit testing to maintain solution integrity and meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide expert guidance throughout the Greenfield implementation lifecycle.

• Contribute to decision-making processes with strong analytical insight and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of IT experience, with 6+ years working on Guidewire Policy Center.

• Proven expertise in Commercial General Liability and ISO SBT product implementations.

• Hands-on experience with SBT rating and framework.

• Ability to lead projects independently with a proactive approach.

• Strong technical skills in unit testing, configuration, and system integration.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
