Description:
The Guitar Center Company is dedicated to nurturing musicianship and creativity. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on customer-owned guitars, maintaining store inventory instruments, and providing excellent customer service to build business through quality work and positive interactions.
Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services on guitars owned by customers.
Maintain and service store-owned instruments as needed.
Perform warranty repairs.
Interact with customers to ensure a positive and knowledgeable service experience.
Handle customer service issues effectively.
Assist with training and sharing knowledge with other team members.
Participate in the Guitar Center certification program to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Additional duties as assigned.
Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance.
Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products is preferred.
