Guitar Technician

 

Description:

The Guitar Center Company is dedicated to nurturing musicianship and creativity. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on customer-owned guitars, maintaining store inventory instruments, and providing excellent customer service to build business through quality work and positive interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services on guitars owned by customers.

  • Maintain and service store-owned instruments as needed.

  • Perform warranty repairs.

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive and knowledgeable service experience.

  • Handle customer service issues effectively.

  • Assist with training and sharing knowledge with other team members.

  • Participate in the Guitar Center certification program to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance.


Preferences:

  • Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products is preferred.
