Mills Auto Group is seeking highly skilled and motivated Toyota Master Technicians to join our team immediately. We welcome any experienced automotive technician with verified OEM experience across domestic, Asian, or European vehicle brands. ASE certification is preferred, but if you do not have it yet, we are ready to support you in completing Toyota’s certification programs to advance your career.

Our location in Henderson, North Carolina, is easily accessible — positioned between Interstate 85 and Route 1, just 15 minutes from Virginia and 35 minutes from Wake Forest. We pride ourselves on fostering a positive work environment where career growth and mentorship are key priorities.

You will be working under the guidance of our Toyota Service Director, who brings over 30 years of industry experience. Our leadership is approachable, supportive, and focused on mentoring technicians to help them achieve their best professionally and personally.
