United We Care is seeking an experienced Head of Clinical Operations to lead and optimize our mental health services across the U.S. This role will focus on scaling clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving service quality.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health, behavioral health, or telehealth operations, strong team leadership skills, and expertise in U.S. healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee clinical operations strategy, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and manage a multi-state team of clinicians, ensuring optimal performance and engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and telehealth policies.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance clinician efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to integrate clinical insights into digital health solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and quality assurance to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in clinical operations, preferably in mental health, behavioral health, or telehealth.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations, compliance, and telehealth frameworks.
- Proven ability to scale and manage multi-state clinical teams.
- Experience in digital health and AI-powered healthcare solutions is a plus.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and operational efficiency skills.
