Hr Coordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support core human resources operations at our Lincoln, NE site. This role partners closely with the local HR Business Partner and site leadership team to deliver high-quality HR services, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support recruiting and onboarding activities.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage processes from initiation through completion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day employee relations inquiries within the HR Shared Services model

Support HR systems and maintain data integrity and accuracy

Lead and assist with employee engagement initiatives and programs

Draft and distribute professional HR communications (emails, flyers, text messaging campaigns)

Support recruiting efforts, including interview coordination and onboarding processes

Own and manage HR administrative processes end-to-end

Partner with leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and overall PC proficiency
