Summary

We’re hiring a Systems Engineer to own and evolve our recruiting technology ecosystem end to end. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. You will design and build the systems, automations, and integrations that power how we hire globally. Your work will directly impact recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and time to fill. You are not technical support. You are the product and engineering partner to Talent Acquisition leadership. Location: This role is based out of one of our hub locations and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will:

• • Architect scalable recruiting systems using modern automation and AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Reduce manual recruiter work and eliminate unnecessary tool switching
  • Build end-to-end data visibility that enables smarter investment decisions
  • Design systems that support global growth without reinventing processes
  • Identify bottlenecks before they become operational problems
  • Deliver measurable improvements in system adoption, automation impact, and data quality
