Human Resources Specialist




  • Enforce all local and national policies pertaining to recruitment efforts.
  • Mentor and train recruiters on the use of the Recruiter Zone (RZ) system.
  • Responsible for primary submission of Tech check and National Agency Check with Law and Credit (NACLC) on all applicants processing for enlistment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations at one of 65 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS).
  • Recommend procedures to process military actions.


Conditions of Employment

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
