Part-Time HR Manager

Serve as a hands-on HR partner to leadership and employees
Handle employee relations, including workplace concerns, investigations, issue resolution and performance-related matters
Coach and advise managers on performance and employee situations
Support U.S. employment compliance and HR policy administration
Experience with areas such as FMLA/LOA, OSHA, benefits, employee handbooks and policies/procedures is valuable
Support broader HR areas including recruiting, onboarding and employee communications
