Description:
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Chief People Officer and our recruitment efforts. This role will assist with scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining hiring databases, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the CPO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the CPO.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and answering questions throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and coordinating assessments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation for new hires.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows and ensure best practices are followed.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies to streamline the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or administrative support roles
