HVAC Service Manager

We’ve partnered with a highly stable, family-owned HVAC and home services organization seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee daily service operations and lead a team of technicians, dispatch, and support staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong HVAC technical knowledge who also enjoys coaching teams, improving operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC service technicians and daily operations
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch efficiency
• Support technicians with troubleshooting and escalations
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Improve workflow, productivity, and service quality

Requirements:

• 7+ years of HVAC technical experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• HVAC licensing preferred (Oil Burner, Pipefitter, Plumbing, etc.)
• Strong operational and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
