Description:
We are looking for experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale global workforce transformation initiative within the Pharmaceutical / Clinical Development industry.
The project is entering the implementation phase, focusing on expanding global capabilities in India and Poland, workforce transition, knowledge transfer, and successful execution of transformation strategies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive workforce transformation strategies and implementation plans across global teams.
- Coordinate workforce transitions, knowledge transfer, and onboarding initiatives.
- Support the expansion of global teams and capabilities in India and Poland.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and Clinical Trials teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project milestones, and implementation progress.
- Partner with functional leaders and senior executives to resolve challenges and drive successful outcomes.
🔹 Required Qualifications
- Experience in project management, business transformation, strategy implementation, or organizational change.
- Relevant exposure to Pharmaceutical R&D, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or Clinical Trials.
- Experience with workforce transitions, knowledge transfer, onboarding, or global capability expansion.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proven ability to drive implementation activities and deliver project outcomes.
