Idr Operations Specialist

Are you a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex workflows and seeing a process through from start to finish? We’re looking for a doer to join our team as an IDR Operations Specialist.

This role supports the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process from end to end—including open negotiations, payor communications, and payment collections. You’ll coordinate across payors, IDR entities, internal teams, and offshore resources to ensure nothing slips through the cracks and every deliverable is on point.
