🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Support incident response activities in coordination with the IDBNY team and SOC provider.
• Document evidence throughout the incident lifecycle, conduct shift handovers, and escalate security events.
• Triage, prioritize, assign, and manage security incident tickets.
• Analyze threat data from multiple sources and provide evidence-based assessments.
• Perform frontline incident response, including host network isolation and blocking indicators of compromise.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and case documentation.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOAR playbooks, runbooks, and response procedures.
• Monitor security detection and response activities to protect organizational data and intellectual property.
• Hunt for malicious activity and anomalous events across devices and networks.
• Coordinate remediation efforts and support security assessments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application teams, security architecture, and external vendors.
