This position is located Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio

Some of the projects current and upcoming: Software web development re-write, Data Analytics and Data Architecture build-out, and Infrastructure (Networking /Sys Adm , etc). Another very important projects is a current ERP implementation. Good experience with mid-size companies and software is needed ( JDE, Epicor, Netsuite, etc. would be examples) . Experience putting together processes documentation as well as training will win the day and improved your candidacy. This project and subsequent system integrations and upgrades will be the main focus of this role for a minimum of the next several years.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

The Project Management (PM) will drive the successful adoption and integration of our ERP system modernization project, software development upgrades, and various infrastructure and data endeavors.

 

This role will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive change strategies that promote user engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure a smooth transition

 

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project teams, and end-users to gain their support and involvement in the change process

 

Develop and execute a communication plan that ensures timely, relevant, and transparent communication to all levels of the organization

 

Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the new system

 

Proactively identify potential sources of resistance to the project and implement strategies to address them

 

Create mechanisms for gathering feedback from end-users throughout the project lifecycle

 

Maintain accurate records of change management activities, progress, and outcomes

 

Maintain a pulse on the organization, people, and process – demonstrate the ability to assess all areas to influence the enterprise change management plan

 

Equip functional leaders with tools and resources to support organizational change

 

Develop a clear and comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the project’s objectives

 

Identify potential areas of resistance and design strategies to mitigate them

 

Activate and align change agent resources to drive change and enact adherence to process standards
