Insurance Agent

Description:

Univista Insurance is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent (License 220) to join their team with a strong focus on customer service. This position requires active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to sell insurance policies while providing excellent customer support. The agent will be responsible for managing customer interactions, promoting the company’s products, and adhering to all company and state policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Respond to customer calls, addressing questions, selling policies, and assisting with their needs in a professional manner.

• Follow-up: Make calls to follow up on inquiries or promote company products.

• Problem Solving: Use problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve customer queries and complaints.

• Sales: Actively promote company products using sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow company policies and procedures.

• Training: Attend agent training sessions as required.

• Marketing Initiatives: Execute company marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• License 220: Active 220 insurance license.

• Bilingual: Proficient in both Spanish and English (Portuguese also a plus).

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an insurance agent.

• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to resolving issues and meeting customer needs.

• Availability: Must be available to work in-person in Winter Garden, FL.
