Key Responsibilities:

• Litigation Representation: Manage and represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

• Legal Research & Strategy: Conduct detailed legal research, develop effective case strategies, and provide valuable legal insights.

• Drafting Pleadings & Motions: Handle pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial preparation.

• Courtroom Advocacy: Represent clients in depositions, hearings, trials, and appellate proceedings.

• Settlement Negotiations: Negotiate settlements and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Client Advisory: Provide counsel on coverage opinions, risk analysis, and litigation strategy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Insurance Coverage Litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
