Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of general liability and personal injury cases.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

• Provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.

• Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Admission to the State Bar.

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury defense and general liability.

• Billable hours target of 1900, with flexible options available.
