Day-to-Day
- Defend airlines, manufacturers, and insurers in aviation catastrophe, product liability, and wrongful death claims from NTSB investigation through trial
- Draft and argue motions to dismiss, forum non conveniens, and summary judgment in SDNY and NY Supreme on Montreal Convention and general aviation issues
- Conduct depositions of pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, and foreign witnesses in international crash litigation
- Coordinate with NTSB/FAA experts and foreign counsel on multi-jurisdictional discovery and evidence preservation
- Prepare and second-chair (then first-chair) jury trials and arbitrations in high-exposure aviation product and carrier liability matters
