Intake Attorney

CyberCoders, one of the leading recruitment firms, is representing one of the largest personal injury law firms in California to hire an Intake Attorney. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located in California, Arizona, Texas, Washington, and Nevada.

The Intake Attorney will be responsible for managing new client inquiries, conducting legal assessments, and ensuring a smooth transition of prospective clients into the firm’s formal representation pipeline. This role requires a combination of legal expertise, client relationship management, and sales skills to help grow the firm’s client base effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess legal needs and eligibility.

• Evaluate documentation and client information for legal sufficiency.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the intake process.

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure seamless case handoffs.

• Provide clients with guidance on legal processes, expectations, and next steps.

• Utilize case management systems and legal technology to track client interactions.

• Develop and improve intake strategies to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active bar license in at least one of the eligible jurisdictions.

• Experience in personal injury law is strongly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to build client trust.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Tech-savvy with experience using legal software and case management tools.

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach to work.
