Job Description
** Strong experience with iPSC cells is required
** Cell and Genome Engineering
** induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs)
** Gene-based Assays and Cell-based Assays
Requirements:
1) BS/MS in Stem Cell Biology or Genetics or Molecular Biology
2) Strong background in sterile aseptic Mammalian Cell Culture Techniques and experience working with Human iPSCs
3) Technical expertise in at least 2 of the following areas:
*Cell based Functional Assays,
*Image Acquisition/Analysis,
*Molecular Assays (NGS, RT-PCR, dd-PCR)
*Flow Cytometry
