It Application Support Administrator

 

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused IT Application Support Administrator to support and optimize our recruiting, onboarding, HR, and payroll technology stack. This role would work closely with HR, Payroll, Billing, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth system performance and accurate data ?ow.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Load and manage onboarding documents and ensure accurate data entry across platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and validate data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Work closely with the Billing team to set up projects for new reporting units in Intacct.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, con?gurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Support LMS administration, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting.
  • Participate in system testing for updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline work?ows and improve system utilization.


Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Background in HRIS / HRMS.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations)
  • Experience in supporting system integrations between ATS / CRM, onboarding, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Experience working with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Understanding of user permissions, data governance, and system security best practices
