🔎 Must-Have Skills:
🛂 Experience: 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst in Finance/ERP Projects
💼 Finance Background with understanding of general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting
⚙️ Proven experience with ERP Platforms (e.g., SAP, Syteline, Deltek)
📊 Experience in ERP Transformation projects (highly preferred)
🔎 Requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
💬 Strong communication skills, able to interact at all levels of the organization
🤝 Ability to build strong partnerships and influence decision-making
📝 CBAP Certification (preferred)
🔄 Ability to model business processes and use tools/techniques to support business transformations
📅 Experience in project planning and developing business capability roadmaps

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to define business problems and project scope
📑 Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing business trends and data
💡 Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for new products and features
📝 Document business requirements in an organized, traceable manner
