Job Title: IT Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (Must be based in or have strong knowledge of the Atlanta market)
Compensation: $100K–$150K Base + Lucrative Commission Structure
About the Opportunity:
I'm partnering with a reputable and growing mid-sized staffing firm that’s expanding its footprint in the Atlanta tech market. They’re looking to hire a highly driven IT Business Development professional to join their Tech division. This is a fully remote role, ideal for a motivated, well-connected sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive new client acquisition efforts across the Atlanta metro area within the IT/Tech vertical
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to open new accounts ("new logo" generation)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at prospective clients
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Maintain a strong understanding of staffing industry trends, particularly within the IT sector
- Represent the firm at virtual and in-person industry events and networking opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of successful business development in the staffing/recruiting industry, with a focus on IT or Technology
- Deep knowledge of the Atlanta tech market and existing relationships within the region
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience generating $400K+ in gross margin annually preferred
- Comfortable selling contract staffing solutions
