Exciting Opportunity: IT Business Partner - Supply Chain Finance 🚨

Are you a strategic thinker with a strong IT background and a passion for driving business transformation through technology? We're looking for an IT Business Partner to collaborate with Supply Chain Finance teams and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

📍 Location: Hybrid role in Chicago, IL / Tampa, FL / Bradenton, FL / Sarasota, FL
⏳ Duration: 3-6 Months Contract-to-Hire

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance leadership to shape project portfolios and transform capabilities.
✅ Drive technology strategies with expertise in SAP S/4, SAP IBP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and reporting systems.
✅ Oversee master data governance and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
✅ Translate business needs into technical solutions, leveraging tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
✅ Lead business requirement gathering, system design, and project execution.

📌 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
✔️ 10+ years of IT experience in Supply Chain Finance, with expertise in CPG Food & Beverage.
✔️ Deep knowledge of SAP Product Costing and data analytics platforms like Power BI, Azure, and Databricks.
✔️ Exceptional communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and lead change initiatives.

🌍 Travel: Up to 25% (HQ visits in Chicago, IL, and other global manufacturing locations).
