We are seeking an IT Intern to join our team and gain hands‑on experience in technical support, system administration, and IT operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Help monitor system performance and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Assist with user account setup, access management, and application permissions.
- Support cybersecurity efforts by helping with updates, patching, and security awareness initiatives.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and process improvements.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including asset inventories, service tickets, and configuration records.
- Help manage the help desk system by logging issues, tracking progress, and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must be at least a sophomore‑level student.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic IT support concepts, networking fundamentals, or cybersecurity principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Windows OS, MacOS, or help desk systems is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
