It Plant Manager

Description:

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled IT Plant Manager. This role is responsible for leading plant-level IT operations, supporting manufacturing and business systems, and ensuring the reliability of infrastructure and end-user technology. The IT Plant Manager serves as a key member of the site leadership team and helps drive operational excellence through technology initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Job Duties

• Manage daily IT operations and support activities within the manufacturing facility
• Oversee plant-level IT infrastructure, software, hardware, telecommunications, and network services
• Supervise and develop onsite IT support personnel
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors providing maintenance and technical services
• Participate in planning, forecasting, and monitoring IT budgets and expenditures
• Coordinate hardware and software deployments in alignment with corporate standards
• Support provisioning, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end-user devices
• Develop and execute technology plans that align with operational and organizational objectives
