IT Portfolio Analyst

Description:

The IT Portfolio Analyst is responsible for documenting, facilitating, and reporting on the Architecture Governance Process(es) and Architecture Forum. This position is also responsible for assisting in compiling metrics relating to technology lifecycle, application health, and Architecture governance process. This position is also responsible for administrative support of the Architecture technology toolsets used by the Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization and documentation of architecture processes, architecture templates, and architecture standards.

• You will continuously facilitate, review, update, and optimize the Architecture Governance process(es) and Architecture Forum meetings.
• You will build and report on key performance indicators and provide updates as necessary.
• You will manage reporting processes while also assisting with the preparation of information deliverables for senior leadership.
• You will perform as an administrator of Architecture technology toolsets including creating templates, dashboards, and reports.
• You will identify overall trends that may be used for process improvement or prediction of future performance.
• You will educate the organization about the Architecture framework and processes by preparing training materials and/or providing appropriate training to achieve desired results.
• You will serve as a key resource to Architect stakeholders by assisting them with documenting and facilitating governance and architecture processes.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related discipline with an information technology focus; 2+ years of experience in information technology. Prior experience in financial services industry is preferred.
