It Risk Management Analyst

ECCO Select, a certified Women-owned, Minority-owned, Small Business Enterprise, is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to support the global IT Risk Management Program in a hybrid role based in Coppell, TX. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

This position plays a pivotal role in evaluating and mitigating IT risks across the organization. The analyst will be responsible for maintaining risk registers, performing assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and creating comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global IT Risk and Compliance, the analyst will help align IT risk activities with enterprise-level priorities and build a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT Risk Management Program, including risk registers, assessments, mitigation planning, and threshold definitions.

• Analyze and prioritize newly identified risks, partnering with IT risk owners to develop mitigation strategies.

• Track and monitor the effectiveness of risk management initiatives.

• Assist in creating and implementing policies and standards related to IT Risk.

• Educate and raise awareness of risk management practices within the IT organization.

• Ensure alignment with broader enterprise risk goals.

• Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and KRIs for senior leadership.

• Participate in special projects and risk-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Risk Management.

• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Project).

• Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.

• Risk certification (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISSP) is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
