IT Senior Support Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA (30308) – Hybrid (1 day onsite/week)
Duration: 14 Months (with potential extension)
We are hiring an experienced IT Senior Support Specialist to support enterprise-level 3rd party applications for a leading public sector client. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong technical troubleshooting and application support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-end and back-end technical support for 3rd party software applications
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues
• Support deployment, configuration, and enhancement of enterprise systems
• Perform data analysis and develop scripts using JavaScript and Groovy
• Write and manage SQL queries, stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL)
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to improve system functionality
• Support Agile Assets / Trimble Asset Management system (preferred)
Required Skills:
• 5–7+ years of technical application support experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Groovy scripting, SQL
• Experience with Oracle & MS SQL databases
• Knowledge of Java-based web applications (preferred)
Additional Details:
• Hybrid role – must be local to Atlanta, GA
• Interview: Webcam or In-person
