Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain all current IT systems to ensure seamless operation.

• Supervise and lead IT support employees, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

• Manage and execute the implementation of new software and hardware solutions.

• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and advanced support for complex technical issues.

• Administer and support a highly available infrastructure, ensuring business continuity.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems and networks.

• Lead architectural design and enhancements at the Data Center level.

• Serve as a senior escalation point for the infrastructure and service desk teams.

• Manage vendor relationships and handle technical support ticketing with third-party providers.

• Ensure network and system documentation is regularly updated and maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT operations, system administration, and network troubleshooting.

• Deep expertise in maintaining Windows Infrastructure and enterprise systems.

• Proficiency with technologies including Microsoft DQL, Exchange, Azure, Dynamics AX, MS Office applications, Powershell, Windows Server OS, and server virtualization.

• Strong documentation and communication skills, with a focus on performance and scalability.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.

• Willingness to pursue professional development through certifications, training, and tech conferences.
