We are currently looking for an experienced Java Production Support / Application Support professional for a long-term onsite opportunity.
📌 Position: Java Production Support
📍 Location: Seattle,WA – Onsite
⏳ Duration: 12+ Months
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-platform incident triage and coordinate with engineering, backend, cloud infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Manage emergency hotfixes, QA validation, releases, and rollbacks
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and track preventive action items
• Coordinate mobile application releases across Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect
• Monitor application health, crash rates, API latency, and operational metrics
• Manage incidents and escalations through Jira / ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance
• Maintain dashboards, runbooks, escalation matrices, and operational documentation
• Communicate technical incidents and production status clearly to technical and business stakeholders
• Support feature flags, remote configurations, and critical incident response
